Live account deletion
Delete your Live account and associated data
If you have a Live account, you can request account deletion from inside the app: Settings > Privacy > Request account deletion.
If you cannot access the app, send us a request from the same email address used for your Live account.
Request deletion by emailWhat to include
- The email address used in Live.
- Your public profile name, band or venue name if applicable.
- A short line confirming that you want your Live account and associated data deleted.
What happens next
We review the request to avoid deleting the wrong account and to handle data connected to bands, gigs, chats, reports or payments safely. Once verified, we delete or anonymize account data that is no longer needed for legal, security or operational reasons.
Tambien puedes solicitar la eliminacion desde la app: Ajustes > Privacidad > Solicitar eliminacion de cuenta. Si no puedes entrar en la app, escribe desde el email de tu cuenta a Live-App@hotmail.com.
