Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Live collects, uses and protects information when you use the Live app. Contact: Live-App@hotmail.com.

Information we collect

Account information such as email address, user ID and authentication provider.
Profile information such as display name, role, instrument, band, venue, city, biography and photos uploaded by the user.
Location information used to show nearby musicians, bands and venues when the user enters a city or allows location access.
Gig, rehearsal, availability, replacement and calendar information needed to operate the service.
Messages and support/suggestion text sent inside the app.
Device, app version, crash and diagnostic data used to investigate bugs and improve reliability.
Push notification tokens used to deliver app notifications.

How we use information

To create and manage user accounts.
To coordinate bands, musicians, venues, gigs, rehearsals, chats and availability.
To send notifications related to app activity.
To provide support, review suggestions and investigate errors.
To improve safety, prevent abuse and understand app performance.

Service providers

Live uses Firebase and Google services for authentication, database, file storage, notifications, analytics, crash reporting and cloud functions. The in-app support assistant may process support questions through a backend AI provider so it can answer app-related questions.

Account deletion

Users can request deletion inside the app from Settings > Privacy > Request account deletion or through the public deletion page: https://live-6ef86.web.app/account-deletion.html.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed to operate Live, provide support, protect users and meet legal or operational requirements. We use Firebase security rules, authenticated access and restricted internal review flows to protect user data.

Live recoge datos de cuenta, perfil, ubicacion, actividad de bolos, mensajes, notificaciones y diagnostico para que la app funcione, dar soporte y mejorar la estabilidad. Puedes pedir la eliminacion de tu cuenta desde Ajustes > Privacidad o escribiendo a Live-App@hotmail.com.
